Biography
Adelle Rodger is the Communications and Dissemination Specialist for CAN-PACT, based at the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine. She supports the development and distribution of online and physical content, contributes to the promotion of the trial, and helps create knowledge translation products. She also plays a key role in administration and operations for the Psychosocial Oncology Division at the University of Calgary, acting as a liaison between the U of C and Alberta Health Services.

With a background in health communications—including work with The ACTION Centre—Adelle brings a thoughtful, creative approach to sharing research. As an artist, she works under the name ÅSE, creating pieces inspired by her Norse heritage that explore vulnerability, emotion, and healing—values that echo her work in psychosocial oncology.

Adelle is personally driven to help bridge the gap between the scientific community and the public, ensuring that meaningful research doesn’t remain in academic silos but becomes part of real-world care. Her work on CAN-PACT reflects her commitment to improving communication, accessibility, and ultimately, the integration of evidence into standard practice.
