Senior Biostatistician & Data Scientist
Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG)
Biography
I am a Senior Biostatistician and Data Scientist at the Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG) and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences at Queen’s University. At CCTG, I provide statistical leadership for the Investigational New Drug (IND) program, as well as the Head and Neck (HN), Supportive Care (SC), and Committee on Economic Analysis (CEA) groups. I also co-lead CCTG’s Data Science Platform, which focuses on harmonizing and utilizing complex trial data—including genomic, imaging, and real-world data—to support cancer research. My work centers on biostatistics, clinical trial design and analysis, and the application of data science in oncology. I have experience leading the statistical analysis of large, international trials and contribute to efforts aimed at advancing precision medicine and innovative trial methodologies.

Role with CAN-PACT

Within CAN-PACT, I serve as the biostatistician for the trial proposed in this application. I am responsible for developing the statistical design and analysis plan, contributing to the integration of correlative endpoints, and supporting the overall methodological approach. I also serve on the CAN-PACT Executive Committee and the Clinical Trials Subcommittee, where I contribute to broader discussions on trial strategy, prioritization, and implementation.
